Each Floor – Different Story

The idea of ground floor is relaxation and socialization.
It features one bedroom, 2 toilets and small training room.
The most important part is the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with huge dining table can accommodate the entire group.
It feels like the pool area is a part of it. Just slide the door and you are right next to deckchairs.

First floor is where you can find escape from the group, lay down or sit on a balcony and enjoy the view.
There are two identical apartments on this floor. Each apartment with it’s living room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony.

The top floor is the biggest living area in a house. With three opulent bedrooms this is a floor where most of guests are spending the night.
Big living room with kitchen can  accommodate a lot of guests and this balcony provides you the best panorama view you can get in this Villa.

On hot summer days, there is nothing better than sunbathing on deck chairs and refreshing yourself in the pool in front of you while looking down on this beautiful city.

When the evening comes, the poolside takes on a whole different feel with the perfection of the sunset.

At night, spending time on the poolside becomes even more enjoyable. Finally it is not as hot, and the city lights turn on.
The surrounding landscape, with its panoramic views makes the night special.
